The goal of the practice is to improve your overall well-being – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. \n\n\n\nJosefina McMahon will lead the Tai Chi practice and Roy Samuel will play the Crystal Singing Bowls.\n\n\n\nPlease wear sneakers or closed-toe comfortable shoes and loose-fitting top and pants.
