Phil Bilger has been an avid gardener since his youth and throughout his adulthood. In 2005, he and his wife, Sharon moved to Jupiter Farms in northern Palm Beach County. Their dream was, in part, to have an extensive vegetable garden. Gardening rapidly became a major activity in their lives. Phil continued his interest by becoming a Master Gardener of Palm Beach County in 2015. He is currently working on Monday afternoons as a volunteer at the Cooperative Extension’s Master Gardener Hotline, helping local residents with their gardening needs. He is currently providing presentations as a Master Gardener on topics surrounding vegetable gardening.
