Relieve stress and increase your metabolism, flexibility, and strength. Qi Gong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique. The exercises include simple, slow movements, meditation, and focused breathing — similar to Tai Chi.
Qi Gong will be held Thursdays in August only; classes return to Wednesdays starting in September. Classes are held inside and led by Roxanne Cumberland.
