Part of Susan Rubin’s Living Beyond the Box series — gently reconnecting us with nature,
creativity, and intentional reflection.

Spring into a new rhythm.

In this Year of the Horse — a symbol of movement, courage, and forward momentum — we
gather for a guided outdoor experience shaped around seven intentional pauses.

Using Susan’s Rhythm of Seven reflection deck as our companion, we’ll move through
seven areas of the Garden, exploring themes of grounding, clarity, flow, activation,
flexibility, expansion, and integration. At each stop, you’ll engage in brief reflection and
light journaling, noticing how patterns in nature may mirror your own inner rhythm.

Each participant receives a Rhythm of Seven deck, a Year of the Horse reflection journal,
and pen to continue the practice beyond the workshop.

No prior experience is needed. Just curiosity and comfortable walking shoes.

Dress Code: Comfortable walking shoes and casual attire to ground in nature. Dress
appropriately and bring water or your favorite beverage— this event happens rain or shine.
