Forest Bathing, also known as \u201cNature Therapy,\u201d is an immersive experience in nature that allows you to reset your outlook on life and encounter nature in a way that you have never experienced before. It is a sensory practice that takes you away from your phone, computer, and social media and back to what your body yearns for\u2026..a connection with nature, a sense of peace, a sense of relaxation, and a sense of being in the present moment. It provides the perfect time to become a human \u201cbe\u201d instead of a human \u201cdo\u201d ing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au cours d'un bain de for\u00eat, vous serez invit\u00e9 \u00e0 ralentir et \u00e0 vous reconnecter \u00e0 l'\u00e9quilibre parfait de la nature en utilisant vos sens pour voir la lumi\u00e8re du soleil jouer \u00e0 travers les feuilles, sentir les fleurs, et sentir et entendre le vent doux qui vous chuchote de retourner \u00e0 vos racines natales et de d\u00e9couvrir votre moi le plus profond. Votre rencontre avec la nature se termine par une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie du th\u00e9 qui vous permettra de vous rapprocher d'autres amoureux de la nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
