Come reconnect with nature and your inner self with these delightful sensory walks. Each week will offer a different experience to engage your senses. Guided Walks will be led by Special Projects Manager, April Krebs.

March 26: Aromatherapy and Edible Plants
12:00-1:00 pm
Did you know all Lavender is not really true Lavender?  What is an essential oil? Can different scents affect your mood? Let’s brush up on our aromatics and learn some fascinating facts about the history of these wonderful, useful plants. We will take a quiet, meditative walk and learn about edible aromatics, such as Rosemary, Oregano and Thyme. At the end of the walk, you’ll be able to make a small aroma therapy charm to take home.

$15 nonmembers; $5 members; adults only; fee includes full Garden admission.
Registration is required; limited to the first 10 people to register.
Wear sneakers or good walking shoes and bring water.
Meet at the front entrance.
