Guided Wellness Walk 3: Relationships
Plants have been given many common names, and one botanical name. However, just like plants, we are not born with labels. Today’s stress-relieving meditation practice will include an exercise on letting go of labels, including the ones that you may have been giving yourself. We’ll then be welcomed by the gentle breeze and soothing shade of the Royal Poinciana tree, where we’ll reflect on inter-dependent relationships and see how fundamental they are to every living being. You will emerge refreshed, renewed, and perhaps, have a new outlook on life after this soothing nature walk.
Thursday, October 21st

$5 per Walk for members; $15 per Walk for nonmembers (includes full Garden admission)
