Guided Wellness Walk 4: Understanding
This rejuvenating sensory walk through the Garden includes a reflection on the life of plants. These incredible beings have evolved over millions of years, giving rise to all life on earth as we know it. We’ll admire them and perhaps get a short glimpse into their magical life with a mindfulness meditation. What do we have in common with them? How do they serve us? How can we serve them? Let’s spend a few relaxing moments acquiring a deeper understanding of plants, establishing a healthier relationship with nature, and ending with the feeling of being more whole and balanced.
Thursday, October 28th
9:00 to 10:00 am
$5 per Walk for members; $15 per Walk for nonmembers (includes full Garden admission)
