Come reconnect with nature and your inner self with these delightful sensory walks. Each week will offer a different experience to engage your senses. Guided Walks are led by Special Projects Manager, April Krebs.
March 12, 2021: Inspired Listening Walk
Spending too much time looking at a screen? Feeling closed in and need to disconnect from your electronics? Come walk with us for an hour to reconnect with nature and experience the calming beauty of the Garden. This tour focuses on taking the time to really listen and be aware of nature’s sounds. From trees and Bamboo… to water, insects and birds… you’ll discover the many Garden sounds that are often overlooked!
As a special treat we’ll be accompanied by musical artist, Sebastian Berrouet, who will share his soothing, sparkling melodies on our peaceful walk!
$12 nonmembers; $5 members; adults only; fee includes full Garden admission.
Registration is required; limited to the first 10 people to register.
Wear sneakers or good walking shoes and bring water.
Meet at the front entrance.
