Guided Meditative Wellness Walk August 20th
Join us for a peaceful walk designed to quiet your mind, boost your mood and bring awareness to your environment and your body. As you walk through the Garden, your guide will give you prompts to help you engage your body, mind and spirit. Each Walk will focus on a different wellness related theme.
Friday, 9:00 to 10:00 am
$5 for members; $15 for nonmembers (includes full Garden admission)
Registration is required; limited to 10 adults.
Wear sneakers or good walking shoes and bring water.
Meet at the front entrance.
