Part of Susan Rubin’s Living Beyond the Box series — gently reconnecting us with nature, creativity, and small moments of reflection.

Step outside the box and into the morning rhythm of the Garden.

Bring your favorite beverage and wander the garden paths during the softer hours — catching the 10 o’clock breeze, reflecting beside the lake, and enjoying the many shady spots throughout Mounts’ twenty-five specialty gardens.

Gathering naturally fallen elements, we’ll create our own nature “frolics” — playful temporary arrangements inspired by observation, creativity, and the simple beauty of being in the moment.

Along the journey, we’ll explore fresh distinctions in awareness, check in with the current planetary energies, and reflect on ways to work with the rhythm of the day.

No artistic experience needed. Just curiosity, comfortable shoes, and a willingness to slow down long enough to notice what’s already here.

Dress Code: Comfortable walking shoes and casual attire to ground in nature.
