**90 mile exclusion allows gardens to exclude members of other gardens within a 90-mile radius from receiving reciprocal benefits. Please contact the garden you plan to visit to inquire in advance. For complete list of Gardens, visit the AHS website for more info.

What is the duration of a Membership?

Mounts’ memberships are valid for an entire year. You can save by purchasing a membership for 2 years.

If I want to become a Member on the day of my visit, can I apply my admission toward the cost of a membership?

Yes! Simply visit our Welcome Center before you leave the Garden and we’re happy to apply your admission to a membership.

If I join or renew now, can I start using my membership immediately?

Absolutely! Your benefits begin immediately.

I have been a member in the past. If I renew, am I considered a new member or a renewal?

You will be considered a renewal.

How do I purchase a membership as a gift for someone else?

You may gift a Garden membership by checking the “This membership is a gift” when purchasing a membership online.

Is there a way to automatically renew my membership every year?

Yes. Check the “Renew this membership automatically when it expires” when purchasing the membership online. You can also contact the membership office at 561-233-1755 to add or update existing card info.

How do I upgrade my membership?

I just completed my membership contribution online, but it did not allow me to add a second cardholder on my membership. What should I do?

Do you offer discounts on memberships?

We offer a 10% discount when you sign up for a 2-year membership.

How do I use a coupon code when renewing my Membership?

Enter the valid discount or promo code and click “Apply.”

When will I receive my membership cards?

Digital cards process in 1-3 days. Physical cards are processed in 1-2 weeks. You are still welcome to visit the Garden before you receive your card(s) and we’ll look up your membership.

How many membership cards will I receive?

Avid Gardener level members will receive one card. All other levels will receive two cards.

Can I get into the Garden if I forgot my card?

Yes. The Welcome Center staff can confirm your membership by phone number on the account.

How can I update my membership contact information?

Email your new information to [email protected].

I lost my membership card. What should I do?

You can request a new card by emailing [email protected].

Can I access digital membership cards?

You can request your digital card by emailing [email protected].

Can I have 2 member cards – one for me and one for my spouse – since we may not visit the Garden at the same time?

If you have a Family level membership or above you will get two cards and can choose the names of the primary and secondary members.

Can I lend my membership card to a friend or family member to use?

No. Membership is valid for the member on the card.

Do you offer memberships for groups?

Not at this time. Memberships are for individuals and family only.

Can I use my personal membership for a school field trip or similar group outing?

No. Group rates are available by contact 561-233-1757.

Can I use my membership for admission to other gardens?

Yes, your Mounts membership includes admission to 380+ gardens across the county as part of the American Horticultural Society (AHS) reciprocal program. Visit the AHS website for a complete list of reciprocal gardens. Some gardens exclude members within a 90-mile radius of Mounts. We recommend contacting RAP gardens in advance to confirm their participation in RAP.

Does the member need to be present when using guest passes?

No, the member does not need to be present when using guest passes.
