Sahaja Guided Meditation
Sahaja Yoga meditation is a simple technique that is very effective in helping us to achieve a state of satisfaction, joy, balance, and peace. It is easily practiced by anyone, regardless of age or background. The class will include simple instruction, guided meditation and practical information on how to progress by meditating at home. Please join us for meditation in the beautiful surroundings of the Mounts Botanical Garden! Chairs are provided.
About the Instructors:
Steve Wollenberger and a team of meditation practitioners will facilitate the meditation classes at Mounts Botanical Gardens. Steve has been teaching Sahaja Yoga meditation for over 40 years in community centers, libraries, schools, and other venues. He is retired from a career in the world of finance, and enjoys music, nature, time with friends and family, and of course meditation! Steve and the team offer these classes as a community service.
