Plant Sale Vendor Information

Greetings to our 2023 Plant-A-Palooza Winter Plant Sale vendors. We’re excited to have you with us!

Event Dates/Times:

Saturday, February 11, 9 am-4 pm (with 8:00 early entry for MBG Members only)
Sunday, February 12, 9 am-3 pm

Vendor Booth Fees

Each fee below includes a $10 security fee.

10×10 space: $135
10×15 space: $197.50
10×20 space: $260
10×25 space: $322.50*
15×20 space: $385*
20×20 space: $450
300 sq. /ft. space: $385*
500 sq. /ft. space: 560*
Info booth space*

*Booth space with an asterisk (*) is only for those specifically assigned to this size. Please do not choose those size booths if you have not discussed it with the Community Engagement Manager.
NOTE: For other booth sizes, please email mjacobs1@pbcgov.org.

Table Rentals (limited quantity):
$18 per table
Max of 1 table per vendor

Registration and Payment

Please click the Register button below to register and make your payment. Vendor payment will be made online only. Checks and cash are no longer accepted. Fee is due by Friday, January 20.
