Nature Inside: Houseplants Made Easy with Mike Kane
Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned “plant parent,” growing indoor houseplants is a fun, affordable, and satisfying way to add life and style to every room of your home.
Mike Kane became a certified Florida Master Gardener in 2012 at Mounts Botanical Garden. He worked for over five years in the landscaping industry on Palm Beach island, working in many multi-million dollar estate gardens. In 2017, he founded his nonprofit urban farming and edible landscaping company, Palm Beach Farmyards. In 2019, he founded The Garden Shoppe, an iconic plant store located in downtown West Palm Beach. He teaches all generations that a green thumb is not something you are born with, but something that can be learned and practiced.
